ObituaryMar 14, 1910  OBITUARY: Mrs. Ada Huntoon died Wednesday morning, March 9, 1910, after a long illness. Mrs.
Huntoon was born in Barnet, Vt., 49 years ago and was the daughter of Charles M.
McKown and Mary (Felker) McKown. In 1869 the family moved to Lisbon. In May,
1884, she married C. W. Huntoon and has since lived in Lisbon. Mr. Huntoon died in
November 1902, and since his death Mrs. Huntoon has worked hard to keep her family
together. She was a faithful wife and mother. Since June, she has been unable to work,
and has been confined to the house since December. She leaves a father, Charles M.
McKown, of Sutton, Vt., two brothers, Charles F. McKown, of Lisbon, Henry McKown
of Stewartstown, a sister, Mrs. Emma Quebec, of Lisbon and four children, Mrs. Addie
Curtis of Concord, Carl, Christie and Flora Huntoon all of Lisbon. The funeral was held
Saturday at 2:30 at the house.
